Correct - and this is by design at the architecture level, not just a policy. Personal data and work data are stored in completely separate database tables with different access rules. Even if you wanted to see it, the system doesn't allow it.
When an employee leaves, their work data stays with the company and their personal account continues as a free Personal account - completely severed from the company. They keep their personal financial history. You keep the work expense records.
It feels like one app with two sides. The navigation bar has a subtle divider - personal tabs on one side, work tabs on the other. One login, one app, two worlds. Employees don't switch modes - it's all right there.
