These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nemonix application and website operated by Nemonix LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Nemonix, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
Nemonix is a personal and business financial management tool. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Not Financial Advice
Nemonix is a financial tracking and management tool. Nothing in the application constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to your situation. Nemonix is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the application.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into Nemonix. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Bank Connection
Bank connectivity is provided through Plaid Technologies, Inc. By connecting your bank account, you agree to Plaid's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. We receive read-only access to your account data - we cannot initiate transactions or move money.
Subscription and Payments
The Personal tier is free with no time limit. Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99 (or $89/year on the annual plan). Family tier subscriptions are billed monthly at $14.99 (or $149/year on the annual plan) and cover two linked Personal accounts sharing budgeting, bills, and net worth. Elite tier starts at $49.99/month for the first three seats, with additional seats billed at $19/month each; annual Elite pricing is available on request. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Use automated tools to access the service without permission
- Provide false or misleading information in your account
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the application
Elite Tier - Employer Obligations
Companies using the Elite tier agree to maintain the privacy separation between employee personal data and work data as designed by the system. Employers may not attempt to access, view, or infer employee personal financial information through any means.
Availability and Accuracy
We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Financial data synced from your bank may not always reflect real-time balances. We are not responsible for discrepancies between data shown in Nemonix and your actual account balances.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through the Settings menu. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nemonix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
